Amy Barstow from RVC Structure and Motion lab
Speaking on her PhD project investigating the effects of surface and novel farriery techniques on shock absorption and horse movement. Also an overview on the new research projects relating to quantitative gait analysis including the elastic band project.
Sarah Allen from RVC Population Science Department
Speaking on the Vet Compass Project; which incorporates both equine and small animals, and its impact on disease monitoring, treatment and diagnosis.
Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment. Tickets must be purchased in advance and before midday on the day. Please note we cannot accept payment at the door.
Registration commences at 7pm where refreshments will be available. Lecture time 7.30 - 9.00pm. Late-comers may be refused entry.
