About this course

This two day course will equip clinicians in small animal practice with the knowledge and skills required to apply logical clinical problem solving skills to the common problems that present in small animal practice. The course consists of short lectures, small group work on clinical cases applying the problem based approach and interactive sessions. Participants will develop a logical problem-based approach to medical cases, will improve their skills in assessing clinical pathology in relation to internal medicine and will update their knowledge about important clinical disorders in small animal practice.

The course is open to any veterinarian interested in developing a rational problem-based approach to medical cases. It will also be of value to veterinarians preparing medical case reports for the RCVS CertAVP - Small Animal Practice module (B-SAP.1) and C modules in Small Animal Medicine.
