About this course

This event is designed for horse owners, riders and paraprofessionals.

Speakers David Bolt, RVC's Senior Lecturer in Equine Surgery and Dr Mike Hewetson RVC's Associate Professor in Equine Internal Medicine will be revealing the intricacies of equine colic and equine ulcers to you including:

  • How common is surgical colic versus than non-surgical colic
  • How timely surgical intervention can save your horse’s life
  • How far survival rates post-surgery for colic have improve

Registration commences at 18:30 where refreshments will be available. Lecture time 19:00 - 21:00. Late-comers may be refused entry.

Delegates attending the lecture will get access to the recorded version. You will be emailed when it is available to view and will have two weeks to watch the webinar from this date.

Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment. Tickets must be purchased in advance and before midday on the day. Please note we cannot accept payment at the door. Delegates will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the cost of administration no refunds can be given.
