About this course

It is with regret that the Royal Veterinary College has made the decision to postpone this Equine referral evening. Being mindful of current UK Government public health advice about the risk of COVID-19 being spread through close contact, we feel that this is the correct decision at the present time.

This CPD evening will be a great opportunity to investigate the latest research and treatments on airways and includes the following presentations:

Investigating the lower airway as a cause of poor performance - it’s not just hot air  - Mike Hewetson

Upper airways assessment and treatment – what’s old, what’s new and what’s baloney! - Justin Perkins

Newsbeat – a brief overview of interesting recent publications - Andy Fiske-Jackson

There will also be plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion with the equine team.

Registration and refreshments are from 7:00pm in our Conference Suite (above the Restaurant) with presentations starting at 7:30pm.

To attend, we ask for a £10 per ticket donation to the RVC's charity, the Animal Care Trust.

To make your donation and register your place please book online or call the CPD Unit on 01707 666865.

Please note this evening of CPD is aimed at vets or those with an interest in veterinary medicine. It is not a horse owner lecture.
