About this course

Are you unsure how you can incorporate sustainability into your clinical practice?

Climate change is well recognised to be the leading threat to both human and animal health of the 21st century. Every sector has a responsibility to reflect on their work, and make changes where possible to minimise the impact of their actions - veterinary medicine is no exception. In this course, delegates will learn about the principles of healthcare sustainability and finish the course with actions to integrate into their daily practice, to reduce the impact of veterinary medicine on the environment.

Why do this course?
Through a combination of webinars and forums, delegates will develop an understanding of the concepts of healthcare sustainability and finish the course with actionable measures to integrate sustainability into their daily clinical practice, on both a personal and practice level.

This course consists of two one-hour webinars running on the below dates at 12.30pm:

Wednesday 7th July: Veterinary sustainability - core principles

Wednesday 14th July: Sustainability in action - everyday practical tips
