Are your on-farm post-mortem samples falling short? Discover how to get the most from your samples and histopathology to sharpen your diagnostics accuracy!

This webinar discusses the rationale behind sample taking during on-farm post-mortems from a practical perspective. An updated diagnostic framework for various herd/flock diseases, with a particular emphasis on the usefulness of histopathology in livestock species medicine, will be covered through real case examples in a range of farm species (ruminants, pigs and poultry).

Why do this course?
Delegates will learn up to date guidance on practices regarding sampling from on-site post-mortems to get meaningful results and support in decision making process to decided which samples to choose. Particular focus will be put on advantages and drawbacks of histopathology as a diagnostic support tool to investigate diseases in livestock and deadstock. Insights into best practice sample taking will be provided based on real case scenarios that farm or mixed practice vets will experience during their daily practice.
