Course Information

About this course

Imaging abdominal disease in general practice is often a daunting prospect. We are all too aware of the Friday evening case that may or may not need exploratory surgery or our concerns about the patient that is drinking more than normal and may have a pyo. This webinar based course will consist of lectures covering acquisition and interpretation of radiographic and ultrasonographic images of the abdomen as well as discussion of relevant contrast techniques, fine needle aspirate and biopsy techniques, and the role of CT imaging. It is designed to give the general practitioner an increased level of confidence in interpreting patterns of abdominal disease.

There are two webinars in this series - Monday 2nd November and Monday 16th November. Each webinar will run for two hours and there will be plenty of opportunity for interaction with the tutor. The webinars can be viewed live on the dates indicated between 1pm and 3pm GMT or purchased for viewing at a later date. Both webinars can be bought as a series for £90 or individually for £50 each. All participants will have access to each webinar for two weeks so they can review the presentations as many times as they wish to embed learning.

Add both webinars to your cart to automatically receive the discount.
