This course is aimed at the practitioner who is ready to tackle ophthalmic problems commonly seen in general practice. The course focuses on ophthalmic diagnostic skills that require practice but do not require specialist training. A series of lectures are accompanied by a hands-on practical to increase familiarity with important aspects of ophthalmic examination that will help in the recognition of clinical eye disease. The lectures will remind delegates about common ocular diseases they are likely to encounter through ophthalmic examination and that answer the very important questions, “What can I treat? What should I refer?”
We are running an Ophthalmology Surgery: Eyelid and Enucleation course on Thursday 1st October that you may also be interested in. Further information for this course can be found on our website: http://cpd.rvc.ac.uk/courses/ophthalmology-surgery If booked together you can get a discount fee.
