About this course

On Thursday 16th April we will be hosting a multidisciplinary trauma CPD evening for small animal vets and nurses. The event will be delivered by specialist vets and nurses from multiple services within the RVC QMHA and will cover the following key areas:

  • Decision-making for polytrauma cases
  • Considerations for diagnostics, case management, nursing care, and rehabilitation
  • A demonstration of how teamwork is applied within the QMHA, following an actual polytrauma case from presentation through to discharge and rehabilitation

Registration and refreshments are from 7pm in the Garden Room in the new Student Learning Centre with presentations starting at 7:30pm.
