About this course

 

A hands-on calving course aimed at the new graduate vet in practice.

This course offers new graduates the opportunity to immerse themselves in case discussions about calving. Delegates will also be able to get hands-on calving practice with our state-of-the-art life-size cow simulator model, allowing practice of malpresentations under guidance as well as the use of calving aids. Additionally, a wet-lab session on uterine suturing technique will give the opportunity to practice and hone c-sections skills in a practical manner.

16:00 - 17:00 Wet lab practical: uterus stitching, including how to stitch friable uterus
