About this course

Conserve and realign that pedal bone!

Laminitis is a very common ailment for practitioners to deal with. We will go over the different causes, how to recognise and treat it in the acute phase, and how quickly to attempt to move into pedal bone re-alignment strategies. What shoeing options are available? Is it a one size fits all? How to manage client’s expectations.

Why do this course?
By the end of the webinar delegates will have the tools and knowledge of how to manage acute and chronic laminitis in the field. They will have the confidence to set out a coherent plan for the client and be able to work with the farrier to bring about the best outcome for the patient.
